Yoga for Expectant Mothers
This course can support the development of new life from the first to the last week of pregnancy.

The body awareness of the expectant mother is enhanced through selected exercises; muscles are strengthened as well as loosened enabling her to manage the changes happening in her body and prepare for the delivery in the best possible way.
Hatha Yoga can considerably alleviate the aches and pains that might arise during pregnancy and reduce the pain during delivery. Fears are reduced through relaxation exercises, communication with the unborn child is intensified and new strength for the pending event is gathered.
The lessons are given in small groups of no more than 14 participants. A yoga lesson lasts 90 minutes. No prior Hatha-Yoga know-how is required.
The joining and leaving of the course are flexible depending on the term of the pregnancy.
